I just got the charge 2, Started a walk from the device itself, but I did not get my voice cues at all.
It tracked the map via GPS just fine and time and pace and all that but I never got any voice cues.

Where is the + sign in the mobile App for voice tracker? I cannot see it at all

It is in the top right corner on the exercise screen, there is a link above that will take you to the instructions so I'm not going to duplicate the link.

There is no + sign but I did find it by just clicking in the top right hand corner and working my way from there.

I ran into a similar situation. It was because I had the ringer switched off on the side of my iPhone (phone was on vibrate only). From my iPhone in the Fitbit app, I had tested what voice clues and volume I wanted for my run, heard them load and clear! I thought "great...every 5 minutes I will know my info".  I pressed start, put my phone in my pocket, started running, running, running, thinking why haven't I heard one thing!?!  I'd gone more than 10 minutes and noticed the ringer button was switch off, so you have to have it on in order to hear the voice cues when going.

Hi, I'm new to Fitbit and have the same problem regarding voice cues. All my volumes on my phone (android) are turned up (including media volume). On the app I have clicked on Track exercises, checked 'Voice cues' , selected the cue types I want from the pop up box and set the distance intervals I require. Incidentally, why can't I track in kilometres like I'm used to on another system? Or maybe I can? Anyway, still no voice cues during my 3.8 mile walk! I set up the tracking from my phone, not my device, but noticed that it recorded the activity as a run, not a walk, though I definitely selected 'walk ' when I started.

I cannot seem to get the volume selection for the voice cues as mentioned earlier in this thread, there is just the choice of toggle on or off. What am I missing???? Thanks
