Hey, I had a charge 2 before and could see the breakdown of data on my app afterwards. I recently got a new charge 2 and I can’t see the exercises logged on the app and I can’t figure out why.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using to check the Fitbit app? Is your Charge 2 not recording the exercise as it should or such information is not being sync with your account? Are you recording the exercises with the SmartTrack auto-recognition feature or directly from your exercise shortcuts on your device? More information will be appreciated so we can move forward with this. Please try to restart your device to refresh its performance.
