My fitbit is stuck and scrolls with the sentence  " www.fitbit.com/setup "

please assist where do i go wrong in the setup.????? i have setup my account and have a dashboard but its the watch

Hi @sadiqmire and welcome to the forums. You say you have set up an account and “have a dashboard.” Does that mean you have downloaded the Fitbit app to your phone?  If yes, you should open that app then press Account —> Set Up a Device. Scroll to find Charge 2 on the list and follow directions. Let us know if you need more help.
