Hello, I have been having issues woth notifications after the update this past summer. My fit but used to tell me who was calling, give me a preview of texts and send me reminders when I had events in my calander with a set reminder. 

 

First I lost the ability to preview texts, than i stopped getting notifications for texts all together. I stopped getted calender reminders after that and now whenever i get a call (no matter who its from) the same name pops up.

 

A few more things...

- I have the same phone (lg v 30+) and I used to get notifications just fine

- My notifications are turned on via the fit bit app

- My fit bit app has all permissions turned on. 

 

Can someone please let me know if they have a similar problem or how to fix mine..

Some, but maybe not all, of the problems you are seeing are the result of an ongoing bug that fitbit are investigating.

The missing notifications I can't explain unless you are now not getting any notifications at all. A common cause of that problem is where the Charge 2 is accidentally put into "do not disturb" mode. This is turned on / off by pressing and holding the button on the Charge 2. Could this be the problem here?
