M y Fitbit screen went blank. It still recorded my activities to my phone for one day. Then it completely stopped. Does the Charge 2 have a way to be refurbished? Or does it have a battery replacement?

Ive just developed exactly the same fault. Cant get anything out of it. Tried holding down the button for 10 seconds but does nothing. The lights on the underside work as though its functioning but its not syncing and nothing on the display as you have described. Any ideas anyone?
