I've been through three charge HRs and all developed a crack across the face. I got them thorugh Costco so I am able to return it and get a new one. At some point it becomes too much of a pain and I will ditch fitbit. The last one didn't last one day before the crack showed up. Always a slight angled crack across the length of the face right down the middle.

I just had the same issue. Been wearing mine all day and night, except when in the pool or shower, with no issues. Out doing a little yard work and noticed a line across the face and another going towards the bottom. Not sure when it happened or how, but I got mine for Christmas 2016 and have been using it since 12/27/16. Love it and have used it to lower my weight and stay active, but now I am upset with the face being messed up. Will see if there are any answers on it being fixed or if I have to buy a new one. You would think the face would be made of more durable glass. Im just a jogger, but I am sure there are others that do much more wearing it.

Contact fitbit themselves. I found there customer service excellent. They replaced the whole watch for me, no issues, no hassles, just gave my address n they posted it out

I contacted them yesterday, they gave me a case number and I sent them a photo of the crack across the face. They say it may take 2-3 days to get back to me. hope I get the results that others have gotten. My daughters who bought the fitbit for me at Christmas were a little upset when I told them that the face had cracked. The blaze is less than 6 months old and wouldnt expect the face would crack out of the blue. My fear is that if I do get a new one, it may crack as well.

Posting online is very new to me, but was looking at the comments because, of course, the same thing is happening to me. I kind of thought I was just hard in things. On my third Charge HR, they have all kind of broken the sane way. My current one was replaced by FIT BIT at no charge, I think about 6 months ago. They were pretty good about it. This time the whole thing kind of broke apart, being me I just jammed a bunch of superglue in there and kept going, 2 weeks later and it just died. I was going to inquire if they haves more robust model?

I was emailed late yesterday afternoon that my tracker for my Blaze would be replaced. This morning I received another email that the tracker had been shipped via Fed ex and had a tracking number.
Very pleased that they replaced it, I only had it for 5 1/2 months and was shocked when it cracked. I am thankful that it worked out and that Fitbit was very reasonable in our communication and agreed to replace it. I am hoping that the glass they use now is stronger, I may be afraid to wear it except when I am jogging. The current one was put on my wrist on December 27, 2016 and has only been off to go in my pool and the shower. I use it religiously to keep myself active. I had become sedentary, due to my wife being off her feet for over a year now. When my doctor said I had to start taking medicine for blood pressure, he told me excercise may help me to get off of it. I am 64 and never taken any medications at all, so when my daughters gave me the Blaze for Christmas, I was ready to excercise. I started with a 5 mile, 10,000 steps a day goal. Starting the middle of January, I raised my goal to 7 miles and 15,000 steps a day and since March 1st I have averaged over 10 miles a day and over 21,000 steps a day. I do this 7 days a week! I have lost 25 pounds with simple jogging, no other exercise at all, and have not changed my diet, still eat anything I want. I want to maintain the excercise and rely on the Blaze to help, so I really hope the new glass will be stronger! Thank you Fitbit for keeping me active and your customer service for taking care of my cracked tracker!!

This is my second Fitbit charge2. screen also cracked on this one . Bands break within 6 months.
This one is just over a year old.
Out of warranty solution from Help Desk is to buy another with a 25% discount. Really? At $150.00 with the discount is still $100.00
I can get a knock-off VERY FIT PRO from Letscom for $25.00 Same features, same type of App , even has built in USB for charging (no need to carry around charge cable).
VERY DISAPPOINTED IN FITBIT
