Failure to Pair

Since recent purchase I have followed all Fitbit guidelines, not once, not twice but > 10 times  - they do not work.

I have tried pairing from PC to Fitbit - failure

I have tried pairing from Fitbit to PC - failure

I have reinstalled Fitbit several times - failure

I have contacted Fitbit support - they gave me a contact reference because girl could not solve - but I cannot follow up with Fitbit Technical Support because no one answers    

 

I WANT MY MONEY BACK and will go to a more reliable supplier

What are you trying to pair it with?

ive been having a mare with my iPad Pro (guessing 3 years old), having more success with iPhone 7
