I have horizontal lines & screen & it seems worse. I have done resets
I would like to return watch but I misplaced box watch came in.

Hi @Tgar22 you just get the device? You'd need to be under warranty and get authorization from customer support before sending it back. If you got it locally, exchanging it might be faster.
