Faulty Fitbit Charge 3's for the last 4yrs

Pls check your DM. I'm tired of getting faulty Fitbit Charge 3's for the last 4yrs. Its been replaced 4 times. There's clearly an issue with the manufacturing. Just looking to get my hard earn money back or replacement that is not faulty. #Fitbit  #Please  #shotinthedark 

 

And please don't ask me to turn it off and on again, or attempt a hard reset - It doesn't work!

Hi @CatherineCav  you've posted on the community forums where the majority of us are simply users of the device. The best way to approach this is from customer support, as they follow the set guidelines for product issues. I've asked a Fitbit Moderator to stop by to see if they can assist you.

I understand how frustrating this could be and as @Odyssey13 mentioned, the best way to approach this is from customer support. I noticed that you already have cases with them. Please wait for their response in order to get assistance.
