Field testing

Help! I’ve been selected to be a field tester, but my log in won’t work. I tried the reset password link, but it’s not generating an email to reset. I can’t contact the field testing people because I need to login to do that, but my password won’t work and it won’t generate the email to reset it, to log in to contact someone......and around and around........

I am having the same issue unable to log in, not receiving email to reset password

Was anyone able to fix this issue? The same thing is happening to me.

I ended up calling the help desk, i missed a step, i don't have the screen in front of me but i missed signing in first, if you screen shot i can tell you exactly what you need to do.

Thank you for your reply, Voidedlime. I don't know how, but it prompted me to reset my password somehow. I think I am all set now!

I can not get int the site my password is not working and it will not work through the change password link. What do I need to do?
