I just updated my Charge 3 to latest firmware as suggested. Kept phone next to Charge 3 which was connected to charger. Update took about 10 mins and appeared to succeed. 

However, the prompt to update is still present in the app. 

So I try again - same thing, appears to finish ok, no problems: prompt still there on the app. 

Firmware on Charge 3 states: 28.2000163.5

Any ideas?
