I am unable to update to the new firmware that was posted yesterday, despite multiple attempts. Both phone and Charge 2 fully charged and all the suggestions that have been made are successful, but each and every time I have tried to update, it has failed (at least 10 times). I have turned on and off my phone thinking that might be the issue. My husband completed his update without problems. Any ideas? Thank you in advance

dont do it, unless you already have problems. It seems to have caused problems for quite a few people.

DONT DO IT!!! i did it and it completely crashed my fitbit. i charged it overnight and now its completely dead, like so dead the low battery icon doesnt even show up, within 5 minutes. Ive been trying to work with fitbit support because no matter what i do, i cant seem to get it to stay charged for more than acouple minutes at a time. Dont update!
