Hi
I have a fit bit charge 3 and it will not switch on. I have went through and tried all the troubleshooting advice on the website and still nothing is happening. I held the side button down and a bar appears. It loads and then a smiley face appears but then nothing happens. It won’t charge or switch back on so any more advice would be greatly appreciated as I am not sure what else I can do. I have also tried my friends charger in case mine wasn’t working but I think it might be the fit bit ☹️
Thanks

Typical when I want to do exercise in the house with what is going on at the moment.
Hopefully will get sorted 🤞

I’m similar. Woken up this morning and the phone screen won’t work- at all. It vibrates etc, will still sync with my phone but won’t turn on. I’ve tried changing the clock face and resetting but nothing will work. Gutted!
Ive tried messaging Fitbit on twitter to see if that helps

Hi all
How uncanny, spooky and way too coinicental that I am experiencing the same problems as the original post and that we're all having this on the same day (ish).
Charged my Fitbit overnight (Friday) and when I went to put it on, nothing. I played around with the side bar, it switched on for a short while and then off again. I tapped the 'hell out of the screen' and nothing. Assumed my plug was faulty so used another plug and it came on, smiled at me, gave me two charge readings (one at 4% another at 66%) then went off. I went through all the troubleshooting pointers and then put it back on charge for another overnighter (Saturday). This morning the unit is completely dead.
So from what I have read so far, it seems it's a faulty unit, obviously from the same batch at the others :(. I purchased it just under 6 months ago, so it's going back to John Lewis. Shame, as someone already pointed out, with this period of self-isolation, I really do need it to record my activity.

Same has happened to mine, tried all steps in troubleshooting but screen is blank, it vibrates and is still recording my activity, no good if I cant see the screen 😢
