Fit bit won’t track steps

My fit bit charge 4 stopped recording steps and heart rate spontaneously. I’m not sure why. It seems to be connected with my app just fine. But it won’t record steps or heart rate. I’ve had it for a year. 

 

Ive restarted the fit bit and rebooted it over 10 times. 

 

Any ideas?
