I have a charge 4 running software version 20001.100.43 and an iPhone running software 15.3.1
Recently the vibration alert on app notifications has stopped working on my Fitbit. When swiping down from top of screen, I get to see the notifications but they do not automatically vibrate or appear on screen. I have tried the various help topics, restated watch / resynced, reinstalled app on iPhone, checked DND settings and nothing has helped. Is this a known software bug?

I suggest you to have a look at this if you haven't done so. Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones
Hope it helps

Best AnswerHi. Unfortunately I have already gone through all these steps and they have not helped. It is strange as the notifications have fed through to the charge4, as when you swipe down from the top of the watch screen they can be seen, but the watch does not buzz anymore to notify you that you have had a notification. My brother also has a Charge4 and iPhone running the same (latest) software versions, and the notifications have also stopped on his watch, hence why I am wondering if this is a known software bug?

@emiliao @Alvetam , Nice to see you both back here. Thank you for your confirmations and further information.
Could you both confirm if the Charge 4 vibrates when the alarms start, or when restarting?
Does the display on the Charge 4 light up, when a notification is received, but the tracker didn't vibrate?
I'll be expecting your replies.

Best AnswerHi. The Fitbit does vibrate on restarting and also with the alarm. The screen does not light up when receiving a notification. The only way to find it has received the notification is by swiping down from the screen.

Best AnswerFound this helpful and thought others might as well. From the clock screen, press and hold the button, and swipe left to the quick settings screen. Then, tap DND and verify do not disturb and sleep mode settings are not on.
It worked for me! Good luck!
Best AnswerMy new Charge 4 isn't vibrating anymore either, I'm receiving no notifications, and the display screen doesn't work several times a day. I've done all the possible troubleshooting I'm aware of to no avail. Sounds like a software issue since so many are experiencing the same problems.
