Notifications not working Charge4 & iOS 15.3.1

I have a charge 4 running software version 20001.100.43 and an iPhone running software 15.3.1

 

Recently the vibration alert on app notifications has stopped working on my Fitbit. When swiping down from top of screen, I get to see the notifications but they do not automatically vibrate or appear on screen. I have tried the various help topics, restated watch / resynced, reinstalled app on iPhone, checked DND settings and nothing has helped. Is this a known software bug?

Hi I have an android phone and the Fitbit telling me to re start my phone as notifications are seeing each other, I've done this twice and still have red warning on my Fitbit app. 

I've been through all apps and notifications and all is on where it should be. 

What am I not seeing, I've even re booted my Fitbit and notifications is on on that.

Nothing is working for me to fix the issue, even after chat with staff and update.

I have done the latest iphone update (15.4) and notifications have started working again.
