Up until three days ago when recording exercise (walking, hiking, elliptical), my Fitbit Charge 4 would track my heart rate and show a graph at the end of the exercise. It would tell me the average beats per minute, the highest BPM and the lowest BPM. That tracking feature has completely disappeared. I still see the zone minutes and calories burned but not heart rate info. I sync my Fitbit with the fitness app Strava and the heart rate tracking has disappeared from there too. I have no idea why. I don't know if I accidentally changed a setting, I really have no clue why this feature was there one day and then gone. Anyone experiencing this? Also, not as crucial but super random and annoying, at the end of a long walk that I have recorded, rather than seeing a map of the walk I just did, it now shows me a map of the entire US. I mean, wtf?

I don’t have the problem with the heart rate, but I have the same problem with the map display. When I zoom in on my location from the US map it only shows the mileage markers, but not the route.

Correction- I do have the same problem with the heart rate graph not showing. And these problems just showed up on Sunday, Feb 20 and every day since.

Very odd. That's about when it started for me. Would love someone from Fitbit to weigh in.
