I have tried resetting my charge 3 but the display is so hard to see. I have changed the clock face and still nothing. Can hardly read the screen anymore. Pleaas advise.

Try the Brightness Setting at Max.

It only has auto, normal and low and they are are almost impossible to see most times.

I had same problem. It cannot be fixed. Contact support. They will make you try a few things and perhaps you will have to contact them more than once but eventually they will send you a replacement.
