Fit it not updating

My fit it hasn't updated since 18th October. I have restarted it to no avail and deleted the app and reinstalled again to no avail. Coincidentally my partners fitbit has exactly the same issue from the 23rd October. I have only just noticed as it still records daily but doesn't update. So all the history has been zero since 18th October.Please help.

I have the exactly same problem with mine.  Mine stopped on the 17th October and like you I didn't notice until a few days ago.

I have since been trying to resolve it, deleted the app installed it  but I can't even get mine to re-pair with my phone now !!!

Very frustrating and annoying, any info from anyone out there would be greatly appreciated.

I have tried to re pair too and it won't connect so now  in a worst position!! Run out of ideas...

I am having the same issue, and I have tried everything. I even called customer support and she tried to help me. After several minutes on the phone she asked me what kind of phone I had and when I told her she said my phone was not fully supported so it may not work. I explained to her that this is the only phone I have used for my fitbit and I have had fitbits for over a year with no problem. I told her I did not have this problem until their last update, and she said they are always looking at way to improve service. Well, I think they failed with the last update...It is very frustrating!!!

I have just spoken to my mum as I got her one when I purchased mine, she is having the same problem, so I was then thinking is it the phones?

We both have Hauwei, different models but I know there is issues Hauwei !!

Yes looks like it is.. Next stop HUAWEI.. I will let you know if I get anywhere.. Big if though.🤔
