Charge 3 in rose gold with grey strap bought Jan 2020 from Moduslink BV online. Strap broke Aug 2020. Online chat resulted in strap being replacement, strap then sent in wrong black color.
After much web chat it appears grey strap is still not in stock and is unlikely to be coming back in stock. How poor to have a product that:
a) breaks so soon after purchase and is then
b) no longer available
If I'd have wanted a black strap I'd have bought one in the first place!!
Very disappointed customer sadly
