FitBit App on Smart Phone will not RUN when NO WiFi and doesn't use Mobile Data

When I have NO WiFi the FitBit app on my phone says No Internet Connection.  The FixIt tries to turn on WiFi.  However if I am walking I won't have WiFi.  But I might like to look at my app that is connecting to my FitBit Charge 4 by Bluetooth.  Just about every other app on my phone uses Mobile Data 3G/4G/5G when there is No WiFi.  One forum users says it works for them.  I have looked at all the settings I can find on my Samsung A42 phone.  I have set the setting to ON to use Mobile Data when no WiFi.  Maybe the FitBit app won't use Mobile Data.  It would be great if someone could help me via the Forum.
