FitBit App update on 28 June broke everything

Folks, this is not isolated, I'm seeing multiple others reporting same issue here with other Fitbit devices.

The recent app update has broken everything except steps.

When I click on any other item in the app it opens the OKOK international application which I use for my smart scales.

This is a serious breakage. I stopped wearing the fitbit 2 days ago as a result, if I just wanted a step counter, I would wear one on my ankle and it would be more accurate.

I do not want to uninstall the OKOK app as I use it to track my weight.

Please fix this.

The same thing has happened to mine. 

Takes me to my scales app

how can this be fixed 

it worked fine before trying the new dashboard, I would like to go back to the old dashboard I’m on iOS can someone suggest anything?

I am having the exact same problem. Hopefully they fix this issue soon as I can’t do anything on the app now, very annoying.

It works if you delete the ok ok app but that’s not good enough they need to sort it out.

I have the same problem with the okok app. It’s frustrating! How can we influence Fitbit and the okok developers to sort this out? I’ve sent a feedback message on the okok app pointing out this issue but so far no reply.

Same thing happened to me. I updated my fitbit app, went to sleep as usual with my fitbit on, woke up with it dead, and when i tried to reset had pixelation issues on the screen and would shut off.

Called fitbit wouldnt do anything to help except offer some crappy discount on a new generation device. Loved fitbit had 3 of them, never again unless they acknowledge the issue.
