FitBit Won't Stay Charged

I bought my fitbit last year, so it is not very old.  However, whenever I charge it, it only stays charged for one day before it is dead, sometimes not even a whole day. My husband's stays charged for a week.  I've cleaned it, turned off all notifications, changed clock face, etc. and nothing works.  This fitbit has only lasted a year.

Hello @lezzle and welcome to the Community.  Can you please clarify your Fitbit model?  Your label says Charge HR, but the Charge HR doesn't have a clock face that you can change.
