Fitbit App dumbed down data

I have a Charge 3 and I recently updated my Fitbit app on my iPhone. Now all my data is really dumbed down. For example, I used to be able to go into the steps screen and it would give me different colored zones for each 15 minute segment depending on the intensity of my steps during that time. If I touched the line for a particular segment, it would tell me exactly how many steps I did during those 15 minutes. Now, it’s just bars for each 15 minutes, no colors, no interactive stuff. What happened? Do I need to reset my app or my Fitbit?

Hello @EvenGal and welcome to the Community forum.  Sadly, Fitbit changed this display.  Resetting your Charge 3 or your app won't change anything.  Sorry.  I used that feature frequently.

Thanks for responding. I feel pretty cheated that I am now receiving a lesser level of service than when I first purchased my Fitbit. Guess I will be looking at an iWatch or another fitness tracker once my Charge 3 dies! It’s too bad because it would cost Fitbit nothing to keep the previous features of the app. 😥
