Just this morning (6/26/2020) my Fitbit app stopped accepting user info. I can’t start a run, add to my water intake, or even check on my sleep data or my previous exercise stats. I tried closing out the app and restarting my phone, but no luck so far. There are no updates to the app that I can find.

Let me help you with your Fitbit app not accepting your information and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using and which OS version is it running? I suggest you try to log out (not just closing or force quitting the app) then restart your phone and log back in. If you are using an Android device then go to settings > apps > Fitbit and clear the cache. Finally check if there is any app update since the time you posted this.
