Hello! I've been using my Charge 2 since November and the syncing worked great for about a month. Since December it doesn't sync with my account so I lose all progress of steps each day. After restarting my phone multiple times and turning the bluetooth off and on I finally went in and removed the Charge 2 from my account, hoping to completely restart it from base settings. Upon removal, it doesn't come up with the screen to go to fitbit/setup like I was expecting it to. And after trying to add it back to my account via bluetooth on my computer instead, it now doesn't register as a bluetooth device at all. The app on both my phone and computer tell me that the device isn't powered on, when it is and it's fully charged. Is there ANYTHING I can do, or will I just have to buy a new device? Thank you.
