Fitbit customer support is the worst, my son's Fitbit charge 2 display is totally dead.. and Fitbit let alone replace will not even respond.. sad to see a customer being treated this way.....

@JPratham Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your son's tracker isn't working. Have you tried troubleshooting this issue? Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. Regarding Support I could see that you have a ticket with them. Have they responded to your ticket? Is your tracker within the warranty period? Have they explained anything or have they not replied at all (no single email reply from them)?
