Fitbit Charge 2 Sync

My Fitbit will not sync at all. It keeps saying "searching for device" and after a while a red line comes up saying "Device not Found". This is happening despite my following ALL instructions that I have been given and have followed. Totally frustrated, as this has been going on for over two weeks.

Looking forward to a reply.

I had that too, very frustrating. I ended up switching my phone off and on again in the hope that it worked. Sometimes it did.

I found that if I tried to sync, then left the fitbit app open on my phone for a while, it usually synced in its own sweet time.

I think I must have had a software upgrade a few days ago becasue now, when I open the app on my phone, it syncs all by itself after a few minutes.

Not a definite answer but at least you know you are not alone!

Mine is an Inspire. Same problem. A lot of people are having this problem. I turn on my location and bluetooth, then open the app and if it doesn't sync (which it hasn't for the last week or two) I close it and come back in a couple of hours. It usually has synced by then.

Thanks. I have tried all the things that you did....got it to sync once and that was it. Since then it won't sync again. Beyond frustrated at this point!!!
