Fitbit Charge 2 freezes

My fitbit will  freeze for a long while. Will not update steps,  heart rate , etc.

Is there a way to fix this? I've only had this fitbit for 2 years.

Hello @Angieks , it's good to see you visiting the forums for the first time, welcome. 

 

I'm sorry to see you've been experiencing trouble with your Charge 2 display being frozen. If you haven't done so already, please try to perform a restart procedure following these steps, and check if you continue to have the same problem.
