By screen went black yesterday for no apparent reason. It is fully charged and seems to be working. Please respond. It is only 3 months old. Never in contact with water or dropped. ????

Do a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

@Nodiva Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 screen isn't working. Did you try the restart that @SunsetRunner suggested? Did it work? Is your tracker still syncing even if the screen doesn't light up?

I have restarted mine several times with no luck. green lights blinking and it is still sinking and showing steps when I open the app or login. but screen is still black.
any help much appreciated. paid a lot for my watch and would hope it wouldn't be pooched already

Mine went black Saturday night. But zero lights and no syncing now. Lol
