By screen went black yesterday for no apparent reason. It is fully charged and seems to be working. Please respond. It is only 3 months old. Never in contact with water or dropped. ????

Do a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

@Nodiva Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 screen isn't working. Did you try the restart that @SunsetRunner suggested? Did it work? Is your tracker still syncing even if the screen doesn't light up?

Best AnswerI have restarted mine several times with no luck. green lights blinking and it is still sinking and showing steps when I open the app or login. but screen is still black.
any help much appreciated. paid a lot for my watch and would hope it wouldn't be pooched already
