Fitbit Charge 2 how to pair with new phone or factory reset?

Hello,

I used a fitbit charge 2 back in 2017, lost the charger, found the charger earlier this year, and wanted to get back to using it. I can't figure out how to pair it to my new phone or app. The fitbit charge 2 is at firmware 22.54.06 if that is at all helpful. I no longer have my old phone in order to remove it from bluetooth pairing. Am I locked out of using my fitbit?

Hi @RockmanZero.  The Charge 2 doesn't have a factory reset or clear user data option.  My only suggestion is to log in with your email/password and see what happens.  Just so you know, the Charge 2 is a Legacy device.  It might not work for you like it used to, especially tracking with its exercise app.
