Hello,

Where can I service my Fitbit charge 2?

The dial doesn't lock the strap anymore.

Is there any way to get it fixed?

The watch works fine but the strap on one side doesn't hold anymore

Hi @Priya2016  there are no repairs for these devices. You might want to see if there is a band on Amazon that can work for your Charge 2. Some people with similar problems with their Charge 4 bands have been able to find bands that fully encompass their Fitbit and allow them to continue to use them. Might be worth looking there for a similar band for your style.

Mine had same issue, I changed the band. Is the catch on the watch the problem or the band side
