I hope someone can help.
I have a Fitbit Charge 2 which has died on me. It was fine yesterday morning, up until 5.00pm-ish. I charged it fully in the morning.
I set the timer to do exercises at about 5.00pm, which I usually do. When I went to switch timer off I noticed the Fitbit had died. It's the same today. I put it on charge, but this hasn't made any difference. I've tried restarting it - and nothing. Just blank.
The app is telling me it is fully charged.
I've had it plugged into my laptop.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
