My charge 2 keeps turning off despite being fully charged. The only way to turn it back on is to plug it in and then it doesn’t last very long. I restarted it but that didn’t help.

Did you update the firmware to 22.58 prior to these issues? That might be the reason. Mine bas become completely useless after that update. Only works while charging.
