Got a new laptop and my Fitbit Charge 2 will show up when I add a bluetooth device. It says it is attempting to pair device and then connection failed. I tried adding a fitbit dongle, but that changes nothing

If you are trying to use Fitbit connect you need to download it to your new computer and install it

I've had the software installed for 3 months right after I purchased my new laptop. I've installed and uninstalled a half dozen times trying to make this work.
