Fitbit Charge 2

My Fitbit Charge 2 will no longer work. The screen will not come on. I have tried to do a hard reset, to charge it several times and still nothing happens. I love my Fitbit and this was purchased in April. This is actually my 2nd one. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

The Charge 2 was no longer in production last April. It was replaced last fall with the Charge 3. Where did you buy it? What is that store's warranty?

Check out other posts on this. There are a high number of similar complaints and I believe that the Charge 2 has a major battery fault which Fitbit don’t acknowledge. As yours is still in warranty you should get a replacement. I have gone from a happy, daily Fitbit user to someone very disillusioned by the company and their non-existent customer service.
