Fitbit Charge 3 Black Screen and Not Responding

Hi, my Fitbit Charge 3 is totally in black.  There isn't any lights at the back of the Fitbit, but sometimes it has red blinking light and 2nd button from bottom.  I try to do all kinds of restart, including a long restart (plug in the power at computer) and hold long for about 20s.  It has a lot of vibration during this period but the screen is still black.  May I know what should i do?

Mine has just done this too! I’ve tried the soft and hard resets. Nothing is working! I only had the pebble replaced in June!
