I've had my fitbit for 1.5-2 yrs now. First, after a few months, the screen was getting dim no matter how high the lighting was. Now, it's totally blank. I rely on my app for the steps, etc but maybe there's a way I can get it fixed?

I'm sorry to hear the display of your Fitbit Charge 3 doesn't turn on. Thank you for the information provided.
If you haven't done it, please restart your Tracker by following these steps. Whether this doesn't work, you can perform a long restart by doing the following:
In addition, you can change the clock face of your Tracker as explained on this article.

I tried this and it didn't work.
Blank screen and no vibration at all.
Fit bit was new in January.
