Hello. The screen on my Fitbit Charge 3 stopped working about a week ago. Nothing unusual happened. It just stopped working in the middle of the day. This has happened a handful of times in the 1+ years I have owned it, but I was able to use the suggestions on the help forum to fix it. Now none of the suggested solutions work. I've tried them all multiple times. I know the Charge 3 still works because it buzzes when I press the button on the side and when I connect it to the charger. Plus it also shows up as an available device on the bluetooth on my phone. I was going to use it without the screen (it still sent data to my phone/computer) but after I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the bluetooth connection with the device, I was not able to reconnect the device because I couldn't read the pin as the screen doesn't work.
I want to exhaust all possibilities on getting it to work again because it is an expensive device (and I like it). How can I have this sent to Support for further assistance? I am even willing to send it in for repair if that is an option.

Hi! I’m having exactly the same issue. I bought my Fitbit in Dec and the other week the display suddenly stopped working. I’ve tried resetting it and changing the clock face but no luck. It has unlinked from Strava and won’t reconnect but still tracks everything else and is still connected to MyFitnessPal. Is there a Fitbit rep who can help with this? Thanks a million!

I reckon we’re whistling in the breeze buddy. Mines a little over a year and exactly the same result, with the exception mines still syncing.
I would be very surprised if we were to get more than the obligatory discount if you buy a new device’.
Be interesting to hear though, good luck!
