My original Charge 3 got replaced just after 9 months from purchase due to display issues. It has been 7 months now and the new one is not responding at all. I tried all the suggestions, restarting and such, still not working. Fitbit is telling me that since the 1 year warranty has expired so I am not eligible for a replacement. I haven't been able to use the band even for a year without any issues. It seems all Fitbit Charge 3 devices have the same issue. So please think twice before buying such a faulty product as you are going to end up wasting your money.
