I was woken in the early hours 2 days ago with fitbit alarm vibrating. Next day it seemed okay but now although it records data I have a blank screen. I have tried all the suggestions about resetting and also changing the clock face but none have helped. I bought my Fitbit in February 2020. Is there any further advice available. I am so disappointed

Thank you for your help. The Support Team had me try another 2 options but then the green lights went off and when the button was pressed the vibration was continuous.
They have now sent me a form to receive a replacement which I have filled in and submitted.

I'm still awaiting further assistance with my Charge 2 which went blank the other week. I was given case# 39336859 but haven't heard anything since?
