I purchased my Charge 3 in Dec 2019. A couple of days ago the screen started going haywire, constantly vibrating and cycling between screens until it runs out of battery. I've tried multiple times to restart it using the charging cable which did not work. Also tried multiple times changing the clock face to no avail. I tried removing and re-adding it via app as well as turning off all notifications etc via app. Nothing has worked. I'm now sitting with only a black screen with a horizontal bar, not even responding to charging cable and reset button any more.

This started happening to me today too, and now my screen is black and the button doesn't work/vibrate.

This problem has STILL not been resolved! Mý screen stopped cycling but now is constantly showing an elevated heartbeat which is completely incorrect. Im not even excercising at all as Im 8 months pregnant and it will show a 140bpm reading! When I take my hart rate with a different device it shows 60bpm! After weeks, the screen has again started constantly vibrating and cycling between screens yet again. The device also cannot sync with the app ylunless I completely remove and re-install the device everytime. The "help" I received after weeks waiting for a reply has been MOST unhelpful! This is the last fitbit I will ever buy. Constant problems and poor customer support. Extremely disappointed
