Recently my fitbit charge 3 screen has gone dim. I cant see it if their is the slightest bit of daylight or light on it in the house. i have reset it, checked that it is on normal. It also doesnt synch automatically. I purchased it from amazon july 2019 and have been told still in warranty but i havent heard back from support. Anyone know what i can do about the screen and if anyone has managed to get it repaired or exchanged?

@lynsey78 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. If you can see the screen in a dark room then please check that your tracker isn't in the Do not Disturb and or Sleep modes as this affects the screen brightness. You can do this by long pressing the button. Regarding the syncing issues you can try these instructions.
Let me know how it goes.

Alvaro, same problem, here. Screen is so dim, I can't see it in normal light. I checked the settings and tried "normal" and "auto", neither helped.
Then I tried what you said, but how do I know if DND or sleep mode is on or off?
I purchased my Charge 3 on 4/20.

@LindaP7 Welcome to the Fitbit Community!
Thank you for following my previous suggestions. Try pressing the icon for each (one at a time, press the DND button, then exit this area and see how it behaves, then the Sleep mode and see how it behaves). If you haven't you can also try restarting your tracker.
Keep me posted.
