Hello, my Fitbit charge 3 has a blank screen and I’ve tried several times to reset it ( followed the reset instructions). It shows that it has synched on the Fitbit app. Still black and no smiley face.
I have the same problem but it's my app on my phone that's not working. I woke up this morning and checked my sleep but it was all blank. My calories, steps, sleep and heart rate. I've tried restarting my phone but that did nothing.
I have restarted my fit bit multiple times. It works for awhile, then blank. I changed clock face. Worked for awhile (but not centered on screen) then blank. Now what?
The same thing happened to me last weekend again. So I tried changing the clock and it worked for me. If that doesn't work then I'm out ideas sorry. Maybe take it to an IT shop and see what they say.
