Fitbit Charge 3 - screen issues

Hello Fitbit,

I have a Charge 3 which was purchased less than a year ago (still under warranty). A few days ago the screen started to show vertical white lines across the screen. Sometimes the screen is also unresponsive. Photo.

This issue has been described in this forum so I'm guessing it is a known issue. It hasn't been dropped nor worn under water.

Have tried resetting it, however it didn't resolve the problem. 

Can this be fixed or replaced?

Having already tried the restart it sounds like you should contact customer support. They will be able to double check your warranty status (it's not just down to time since purchase) and advise on your options.
