Hi Fitibit Support
I have a Fitbit Charge 3 and the screen won't turn on.
When I plug it in, it vibrates (but the screen doesn't come on), when I press the button it vibrates and the screen doesn't come on, I have charged it for over 3 hours as suggested elsewhere and I have tried to restart it by plugging it in and holding the button for 8 seconds and again it vibrates but the screen won't turn on. I have also tried changing the clock face to the default one and it syncs but this still doesn't fix it.
It looks like a lot of people are having a similar issue - please can you advise?
