Fitbit Charge 3 showing incorrect time

My fitbit has lost time; 5 minutes slow.

I am sorry to hear your Charge 3 has lost time and it's being 5 minutes slow. I am here to help. The time on your tracker should be corrected when you sync it. Mine did that, then refused to sync and was finally up to an hour and a half off, never synced again, dead.  They replaced it.
