I have a Charge 3 and my screen is very low/dimly lit. I read some of the other related topics and I plugged in the Fitbit to the charger let it charge up to 85% I turned it off as directed. Unplugged it from the charger and activated it again and it's still dimly lit. I cleaned the back of it where the pins are and did the same thing. Still dimly lit. This just happened over the weekend. It was fine on Friday.

I forgot one more thing. The only time my screen lights up with the time now is if I push the button on the side. I tap the screen several times and it does nothing.
