I have a fitbit charge 3 and I have only had it for 11 months and there was an update some weeks ago. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I have also rebooted the fitbit as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the tracker all together from the app. It still won't sync. Please help me.

I am sorry to hear your Charge 3 tracker stopped syncing. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and I am glad to assist you. Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide a solution. I recommend to continue working with them since they have already all the details and special tools to continue assisting you.
